Tory Burch names new North America:  U.S. fashion house Tory Burch has strategically appointed three exceptional individuals to key roles, fortifying the company’s leadership team. Leading Tory Burch’s retail, e-commerce, and wholesale activities in the North America region is Christophe de Pous, a seasoned executive with a wealth of global experience. De Pous, based at the brand’s New York City headquarters, brings with him a distinguished career, having served as president global/international markets at Clarins and at Gucci Americas Inc. and Gucci Japan.

Supporting de Pous in his pivotal role are Emilia Fabricant, who takes on the responsibilities of president, chief marketing, and global supply chain officer, and Beverly Morgan, who assumes the role of chief people officer. Morgan, a seasoned people management specialist with over 20 years of experience in the retail, beauty, and fashion industries, will spearhead Tory Burch’s global recruitment, employee engagement, and retention strategy. Her most recent role was as Benefit Cosmetics’ chief people officer at LVMH before joining our team.

The worldwide supply chain will now be under Fabricant’s purview as well. Fabricant first joined Tory Burch in 2019 in the roles of executive vice president and chief merchandise officer. Her notable contributions to the organization since she started her stay are reflected in her expanded responsibilities.

Tory Burch CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel was quite complimentary of the new hires, praising Fabricant’s great work and mentioning de Pous and Morgan’s vast expertise in the luxury sector. He highlighted their contributions to the brand’s ongoing success in the US and its worldwide expansion, emphasizing that their selection was based on a rigorous evaluation process and their alignment with the company’s values and goals.
