Keburia has always operated somewhere between fashion and gentle provocation, and fall 2026 was another confident step deeper into that territory. The Georgian label brought its signature blend of nostalgia, humour and quiet rebellion to a collection that rewarded attention — playful on the surface, more considered underneath.

The palette felt soft and slightly off-kilter: powdery pastels, muted florals and washed-out neutrals layered with unexpected contrasts that stopped the whole thing from feeling too sweet. Silhouettes were exaggerated and deliberately distorted — puffed sleeves, oversized collars, voluminous skirts conjuring a childlike fantasy that was never entirely innocent. Beneath the theatrical proportions, tailoring held everything together, giving the more outlandish elements a wearable anchor and preventing the collection from tipping into pure costume.

Texture and detailing added further complexity. Crisp cottons, textured jacquards and delicate embellishments were paired with intentionally awkward proportions — familiar shapes made strange, strange shapes made somehow wearable. Doll-like dresses with exaggerated silhouettes sat alongside sharply cut jackets softened by playful accents, and layered ensembles that blurred the line between dressed-up and dressed-for-something-real. The tension between innocence and irony ran consistently through the collection as an organising principle rather than a passing mood.

Styling leaned into the theatrical dimension — hair and makeup carrying a slightly exaggerated quality that gave each model the feel of a distinct character within Keburia’s imaginative world. The presentation felt intimate and character-driven rather than anonymous.

What the brand continues to do well is make a genuine argument through its aesthetic choices: that fashion doesn’t have to be serious to be meaningful, that playfulness is a legitimate and even rigorous form of expression, and that imperfection and individuality are not problems to be solved but possibilities to be explored.
