Dilara Findikoglu has created a gothic romantic collection for Fall/Winter 2026 that gives special attention to structure and discipline in design. The collection featured a variety of corsets, layers of lace, and a dramatic profile of silhouettes. This season’s presentation had a more refined than dramatic look.
Dilara Findikoglu has chosen dark shades of jewel-tone colours such as deep red, black, and midnight blue for her colour palette as the foundation for her collection to keep with the gothic romantic theme of the collection.
Dilara Findikoglu created a deliberate tension between structure and flow by using both structure and structured tailoring with sheer and diaphanous layers in her collection to illustrate the conflict between rebellion and sophistication that Dilara Findikoglu represents.
The development of control over proportion was demonstrated through the Fall/Winter 2026 collection which provided an overall balance between edginess and polish for Dilara Findikoglu.
Autumn/Winter 2026 showcased Findikoglu’s evolving control over proportion, offering a collection that balanced edge with polish.
