Thibault Tétrel appointed new sales director : Kering Beauty’s new Sales Director, Thibault Tétrel, is a key member of the executive team at the luxury goods group Kering. With more than 20 years of expertise in a variety of senior roles at the worldwide cosmetics behemoth L’Oréal, Tétrel is an invaluable asset to the team.

After leaving L’Oréal International in 2002, Tétrel began an amazing career trajectory at L’Oréal. After working for Moet Hennessy in the UK for three years, he managed distribution for EMEA as its managing director.

Among Tétrel’s many important positions at L’Oréal, from 2008 to 2011, he oversaw marketing for L’Oréal Paris in India. Before taking over as GM of travel retail in the Americas for the Giorgio Armani brands and fragrance creators in 2014, he was general manager of the consumer products division for Lebanon and Jordan.

Tétrel is now responsible for managing the business side of the prestigious Kering Beauty portfolio in her role as Sales Director. The five esteemed brands that make up Kering Beauty—Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin—were founded in early 2023 by Raffaella Cornaggia, who had previously been connected with Estée Lauder.

In addition, the esteemed Anglo-French perfume firm Creed, which Kering acquired in October 2023, is now part of the Kering Beauty portfolio, which is expanding the company’s offerings and increasing its market position.
