Fashion and Football Join Forces to Raise:  At Thursday night’s charity auction for Naked Heart France, Kylian Mbappé showed his kindness by bidding €520,000 for an oil painting by Hopare of soccer great Pelé.

Every Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) squad member wore Kim Jones’s exquisite black silk Dior double-breasted suits for the occasion, which took place in the opulent Place Vendôme. Mbappé, Keylor Navas, and Ousmane Dembélé were among the teammates who promoted aggressive bidding all night.

Olivier Rousteing, Christian Louboutin, and Giambattista Valli (along with his son) were among the famous designers who attended the black-tie affair. Max Arnault, Vodianova’s third kid, was among the dozen young fans who got autographs from Mbappé.

With the title “Paris For Good,” the event sought to raise money for Naked Heart France and PSG For Communities, two charitable organizations. Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, the sister of Qatar’s reigning Emir and Chairperson of the nation’s museums, and PSG CEO Nasser Al-Khelaïfi co-hosted it.

Antoine Arnault, son of LVMH luxury magnate Bernard Arnault, and Natalia Vodianova, founder of Naked Heart France, shared the same opinion about the unifying force of football. Vodianova thanked everyone and spoke about her ideas on the subject.

The total amount raised at the event was more than 2.7 million euros. Having constructed 215 such spaces in more than 160 countries since its founding 20 years ago, Naked Heart France is dedicated to providing secure social centers and parks for children with special needs. Over the last quarter of a century, PSG For Communities has helped over 300,000 disadvantaged children via educational and empowerment programs that draw on the principles of the sport.

The auction’s proceeds will support a new autism center in Ermenonville, north of Paris, and a Rouge & Bleu school within Necker, the main children’s hospital in Paris.

Al-Khelaïfi emphasized the significance of using football’s power to motivate and unite people, thus fostering unity and peace. Famous people such as Bianca Brandolini, Wallis Day, and Miss Fame attended.

Among the auction goods were front-row seats to a Christian Dior presentation, the opportunity to kick off a PSG match, cognac tours, an autographed ball and jersey by Mbappé, and fashion pictures by Luigi & Iango. After singer Tom Odell performed, visitors were amused by comedian Tina Friml, who had a clever bit on living with cerebral palsy.

LVMH brands extensively supported the event. Bids for safari packages to Belmond’s Mount Nelson hotel and Rimowa wine cases were accepted. Over a delicious dinner with LVMH wines, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon, and Terrazas de los Andes Malbec, they savored Moët Chandon champagne, fragrant candles by Loewe, and lobster salad, filet de volaille, and macaroni tartufo.

By uniting famous people to support important causes, the event demonstrated the profound influence of charity endeavors in luxury and athletics.
