Boss sponsors Naomi Campbell exhibit at V&A
Naomi Campbell exhibit at V&A: Hugo Boss’s buoyant Boss label, which Naomi Campbell has close ties with as a sponsor, debuts a new exhibition concentrating on her fashion choices at the V&A in June.
The first-ever exhibition to examine her 40-year career, titled Naomi: In Fashion, has recently gone on sale. The show’s run begins on June 22 and continues until April of next year.
The exhibit, which is being organized by Sonnet Stanfill, will feature the supermodel’s costumes by Valentino and Azzedine Alaïa, along with the now-infamous blue platform heels that she tripped over on the Vivienne Westwood catwalk. On the last day of her court-ordered community service, she wore an evening dress by Dolce & Gabbana, and that is on display as well.
A piece from the AW23 runway collection that Campbell wore in the #BeYourOwnBoss campaign is also included, considering her current role as a Boss ambassador and the fact that the label is sponsoring the show.
Since her debut in the AW22 global campaign, Boss has been steadily becoming closer to her, and the first Naomi x Boss capsule collection just debuted.
