LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has held its first Life 360 Awards in Paris, recognising standout sustainability initiatives across its maisons as the luxury group marks renewed progress on its environmental goals. The event took place at the company’s global headquarters on Avenue Montaigne, with teams joining from around the world to celebrate achievements.
The group presented awards to 13 winning projects chosen from 187 submissions across 41 of its maisons, highlighting efforts in climate action, resource circularity, biodiversity and traceability. The ceremony coincided with LVMH earning a coveted triple “A” rating from CDP for leadership on climate, forests and water.
Winning initiatives included Tiffany & Co.’s installation of significant solar capacity at its diamond cutting and polishing facility in Botswana, which reduced greenhouse gas emissions while training and employing local artisans. Moët Hennessy was recognised for cutting transport-related carbon by increasing maritime and rail freight, resulting in nearly 50% lower emissions in 2025 versus 2019.
Other maisons were also acknowledged for ambitious environmental work. Christian Dior Parfums was awarded for plans to phase out virgin fossil-based plastics in packaging, while Bulgari introduced a digital passport using micro-engraving to improve product transparency. Guerlain drew attention with a bee-focused awareness programme and its Women For Bees initiative in partnership with UNESCO.
LVMH said its Life 360 environmental programme structured around pillars including climate, biodiversity, creative circularity, traceability and stakeholder engagement has already delivered measurable results, such as a 55% reduction in direct greenhouse gas emissions and the preservation and regeneration of more than 3.8 million hectares of natural habitats.
The awards reflect a broader push by the luxury group to share best practices among its brands and with supplier partners, reinforcing how environmental responsibility is increasingly integrated into its business strategy.
