Henry Rose, a business that transcends gender in its magnificent fragrances, has announced that Laure de Metz will be taking over as CEO from Debi Theis. Henry Rose has set lofty growth goals, and the appointment of de Metz comes at a critical juncture, the firm said, adding that Theis will maintain her position as president.

With a background of more than 20 years in the prestige beauty brand industry, de Metz is known for her knack for creating unique identities for brands, building strong relationships with consumers, and achieving profitable growth through smart marketing, digital integration, and distribution channel expansion.

After starting her career in Paris at Yves Saint Laurent Parfums and Estee Lauder Companies, De Metz spent the last ten years at LVMH, where she oversaw Benefit Cosmetics’ operations in the Americas as general manager.

Michelle Pfeiffer, a celebrated actor-turned-entrepreneur, established Henry Rose five years ago. Since then, the company’s product line and retail footprint have grown substantially. This includes the Canadian market and the 400+ Sephora outlets around the country that have recently expanded.
