According to Sierra Blanca Estates, a developer based in Marbella, this partnership has been a huge success so far, with first sales reaching a whopping €250 million.
Design Hills has been aimlessly courting the elite clientele of Dolce & Gabbana and Sierra Blanca Estates’ former projects since its September debut, when it was unveiled to the public. Now that it’s open to the public, the project is giving fans a chance to live the high life as imagined by Dolce & Gabbana.
As shown in the most recent updates from the developer, Design Hills provides a variety of 92 luxury houses in different layouts spread out across a vast plot exceeding 90,000 square meters in Marbella’s highly sought-after golden mile.
The project’s early success and tremendous interest have delighted Carlos Rodriguez, CEO of Sierra Blanca Estates. He expects Design Hills to reach a new phase of commercialization in the next months, which will bring about much more impetus. Sierra Blanca Estates and Dolce & Gabbana’s partnership is always developing, with an eye toward improving technical aspects and boosting brand experiences for potential residents and guests.
Design Hills now has a wider variety of possible customers with prices starting at €4 million. They promise a diverse array of residence kinds and pricing tiers.
The massive project is already in the planning stages, with an expected completion date of 2026. Venezia, Palermo, Firenze, Como, and Napoli are the five primary structures that will be part of the project when construction begins in the fall of 2024. The project will also feature carefully designed public spaces, fashion boulevards, leisure areas, culinary hubs, and art zones.
Rodriguez highlights the future homes and amenities’ incorporation of outstanding and unique elements, highlighting the tight cooperation between Sierra Blanca Estates and Dolce & Gabbana.
Exquisitely furnished with bespoke furnishings from Dolce & Gabbana Casa, the residences at Design Hills will range in size from 280 to 900 square meters, have up to five bedrooms, and form an elite private enclave.
Residents will also have access to first-rate recreational amenities, such as a boxing ring for both kids and adults, exercise centers, outdoor gyms, and paddle courts. There are also golf simulators, covered basketball courts, a meditation room, a yoga room, and the first covered 5×5 artificial turf football field in Marbella.
In addition to a hair salon, barbershop, water circuit, movie room, library, classes, meeting rooms, and multipurpose spaces, the Dolce & Gabbana complex will have a spa with a health and beauty center, a wine cellar, a bar and cocktail area, a playroom, a library, a playroom, and a playroom.
