David Yurman names new CFO : David Yurman, a luxury jeweler, said on Wednesday that Robert Lepere has been named chief people officer and Chris Clipper has been named chief financial officer.

Evan Yurman, president and chief creative officer, will be Clipper’s direct boss in his new position, and he’ll be in charge of the company’s finances and strategy. The executive has been in the finance industry for almost 25 years and has held top positions at Ralph Lauren North America, Nike North America, and Warner Media. He began his professional life as an investment banker.

Lepere will be in charge of the people and culture department at his organization as chief people officer. This includes HR operations, learning and development, and talent acquisition. The chief administrative officer, Emily Yueh, will be his boss.

Lepere has been a human resources professional in the retail industry for around 25 years. He was a leader at ascena Retail Group and Gap, Inc., and most recently was the chief people officer of Casper and Fullbeauty Brands.

Yurman expressed his excitement at welcoming Robert and Chris to David Yurman.

Model Fei Fei Sun and actress Iris Law have been named the latest worldwide ambassadors by the New York-based jewelry firm. Sun and Law will appear in five commercials spread out throughout the year.
