Authentic Brands renews partnership: The Vince Camuto brand agreement between BCI Brands and Authentic Brands Group has been extended, the firm said on Tuesday.

This renewal solidifies BCI’s position as Vince Camuto’s main licensing partner for women’s clothing. The agreement for renewal has a successful five-year term that runs through the end of 2030. After that, there are two other five-year renewal opportunities.

With the help of astute retail alliances and its expertise in brand incubation, design, sourcing, and production, BCI Brands hopes to expand into new areas and boost Vince Camuto’s brand loyalty.

“Our partnership with BCI has allowed us to preserve and elevate Vince Camuto’s legacy of timeless elegance, which has been a cornerstone of the fashion industry,” said Jarrod Weber, group president of lifestyle and chief brand officer at Authentic.

“Ariel is a great collaborator who provides a fresh perspective. Authentic’s ability to construct brands and the company’s strategic insights further amplify the brand’s effect and reach. We can’t wait to continue growing the business together.

“BCI is proud of the work we have done since 2011 to build and grow Vince Camuto into one of the largest department store brands in America, and we’re committed to its long-term performance,” Ariel Chaus, CEO of BCI Brands, said. Together with BCI Chairman Manny Chirico, Vince Camuto is an integral element of our women’s sportswear portfolio and our forward-looking goal to uncover additional intriguing strategic acquisitions and licensing opportunities.
