Ugg Introduces URSeen Collection for Pride 2024: California-based brand Ugg has teamed up with internationally acclaimed comedian and author Alok to co-create the URSeen collection for Pride 2024.

The URSeen collection, a unique all-gender assortment, is now available both online and in stores. It showcases two remarkable pieces, the URSeen Platform and the URSeen Dress, in striking shades of pink and green. These pieces are not just fashion statements, but powerful tools of self-expression, designed to inspire the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month and beyond.

Alok shared their journey: “My childhood was about hiding myself, having to cover up, disappear, to not draw attention to myself. So, so much of what I was trying to do in this collection with Ugg is to take something audacious like courage and put it into a platform shoe and bodycon dress, so that when people are feeling a little timid, putting on these pieces can actually give you that sense of power.”

The launch campaign is a celebration of diversity, featuring Alok alongside a cast that represents a wide spectrum of talents and identities. This includes model, media influencer, hair stylist, image consultant, and creative director B3NTL3Y; celebrity hairstylist, personality, and founder of Útiles Beauty Alyx Liu; and model, actor, coach, and cultural strategist Chrissy.

To further amplify its message of acceptance and unity, Ugg will participate in the LA Pride Parade on [June 9, 2024] in Los Angeles, California, with a vibrant float inspired by the URSeen collection.

Ugg’s commitment to the LGBTQ+ community goes beyond the URSeen collection. The brand has pledged its support by donating a substantial $200,000 to organizations such as It Gets Better, Pacific Pride Foundation, and PFLAG National. This significant contribution underscores Ugg’s unwavering dedication to fostering inclusivity and making a positive impact on the community.
