Mango Reinstates Antoine Griezmann will spearhead Mango’s men’s line for the next spring/summer 2024 season. Mango Man has unveiled a commercial shot by photographer Scott Trindle, taking inspiration from the renowned athlete’s remarkable journey, following their successful first cooperation in 2022 and subsequent reprise in 2023.

From his early years in Donosti to his current days, Griezmann’s journey is a moving account of natural ability, tenacity, and selflessness, beginning with his upbringing in Macôn. “The Barcelona-based fashion brand Mango Man, in collaboration with the footballer, presents a narrative that transcends the boundaries of mere fashion, delving deep into the moments that have shaped this iconic athlete,” read the press release.

With the recurring theme of “Move Forward,” the campaign takes viewers on a photo and video tour of the footballer’s career and life thus far. In keeping with this story, the photos display the Spring/Summer collection from Mango Man, which features a color scheme predominately of neutrals, grays, and browns; fabrics like linen and knitwear; and adaptable patterns influenced by loose tailoring and airy summer shirts.

Mango has worked with Andrés Velencoso, Gerard Piqué, Zinedine Zidane, Adrien Brody, and other famous people before Antoine Griezmann became its ambassador.

At the moment, the menswear line is sold in over 75 markets worldwide and in over 550 brick-and-mortar stores in over 90 countries.

Ever since the line was renamed in 2014, Mango Man has been at the forefront of men’s fashion innovation, challenging traditional gender norms and rigidities. The amazing narrative of Antoine Griezmann and the company’s character are both reflected in the fashion that is a representation of resilience and determination,” the Barcelona-based brand concluded.

In 2024, Mango will celebrate 40 years in business. The company recently released its financial results for the 2023 fiscal year, which included record-breaking sales of over 3.1 billion euros and a net income of over 172 million euros.

Elevate, Expand, Earn, and Empower are the four tenets of the new strategy plan that the corporation revealed for 2026. In addition to its current portfolio of 2,700 boutiques spread over 115 markets, Mango plans to open 500 stores during that period, increasing its turnover to 4 billion euros.
