Adèle Exarchopoulos Joins Lacoste as New Brand Ambassador, Bringing Parisian Cool to the Court

French cinema’s brightest star, Adèle Exarchopoulos, has officially joined Lacoste as its newest brand ambassador, blending the elegance of high fashion with the sporty DNA of the iconic crocodile label.

The announcement follows her head-turning appearance at Lacoste’s runway show in March, staged on the famed Roland Garros centre court in Paris. Dressed in a striking all-black ensemble featuring a leather jacket, wide trousers, and balaclava — all anchored by a crisp white Lacoste handbag — Exarchopoulos set the tone for her new role.

The first official visuals as brand ambassador reflect that same spirit, but with a bold twist. In one campaign shot, the actor reclines on an acid-green tennis court, wearing a minimalist open-back top in matching green. The Lenglen leather handbag reappears, this time styled like a skirt, paired with Storm 96 2K sneakers — a clear homage to Lacoste’s sporting heritage reimagined through a fashion-forward lens.

“She was born in Paris and perfectly captures the elegant nonchalance that constitutes the essence of Lacoste,” the brand noted in a statement. The campaign will showcase Exarchopoulos in various looks, with an emphasis on highlighting Lacoste’s growing leather goods category.

Already a César Award winner — recently taking home Best Supporting Actress for her role in All Your Faces — and a current ambassador for Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Exarchopoulos brings star power and cross-generational appeal to Lacoste’s evolving brand narrative. She complements fellow French actor Pierre Niney, Lacoste’s male ambassador since 2024, who fronted last year’s “Play Big” campaign alongside international icons like Novak Djokovic, Venus Williams, and Wang Yibo.

As Lacoste eyes €4 billion in revenue by 2028–2030 — up from just under €3 billion in 2024 — its strategy includes a sharper focus on North American expansion and a stronger push into women’s fashion. Exarchopoulos’ appointment speaks directly to that ambition, positioning the brand at the crossroads of sport, fashion, and culture.

With her signature mix of Parisian cool and effortless style, Adèle Exarchopoulos is poised to be a powerful new face for Lacoste’s next era.
