Matthew Koma Makes ‘Genetic Pool’ Joke About Newborn Daughter With Hilary Duff
As a joke about Hilary Duff’s impending third kid, Matthew Koma decided to infuse some humor into the celebration.
Townes Meadow Bair was born to the musician and his wife on May 3, 2024, at home, according to an Instagram post by the singer. With a slew of images showcasing Duff’s new baby in her arms, Koma captioned the post, “My literal warrior goddess of a wife gave birth to our beautiful Townes Meadow Bair at home on 5/3/24.” He said with humor, “She’s happy, healthy, chunky, and looks like nobody in our genetic pool, so if anyone knows of [Duff’s] whereabouts roughly 9 months ago to date, please reach out for a cash reward.”
In her own Instagram post, Duff expressed similar feelings, writing about how happy she was to finally hold Townes after months of waiting. She made a lighthearted comment about the baby’s cheeks, suggesting that they were finally rewarded for their patience.
With their 2019 wedding, Matthew Koma and Hilary Duff welcomed kids Banks,5, and Mae, 3 years old. Luca, Duff’s kid from her first marriage to Mike Comrie, is twelve years old.
The pair made Duff’s pregnancy announcement public in December via their holiday cards, then Koma made light of his vasectomy in March, revealing that Townes would be their last child.
