Egyptian brand TEMRAZA is the new favorite kid on the block. Farida Temraz, the fashion designer behind TEMRAZA has always been passionate about designing. She started drawing illustrations at the mere age of 7 and has never really looked back since then. She graduated in Integrated Marketing Communications and started working on her brand. She launched the brand “TEMRAZA” in December 2012 and first gained international headlines when a piece from the collection made it to the red carpet of the Oscars in 2016. TEMRAZA is considered as Egypt’s Leading Brand, the First Egyptian Brand to showcase in International and Official Fashion Weeks.

TEMRAZA first showcased at the London Fashion Week  with “Le Millésime Futuriste” Spring Summer 14 Collection, followed by showcasing at the  Paris Fashion Week FW’15-16 collection where she won the first award named “Once Upon À Paris”, and Los Angeles, SS’16 “The Concert.” She made her New York Fashion Week debut in 2017. However, it was the year 2018 which took the brand to the next level.  Farida Temraz’s collection, “The Legacy Returns” – the Spring/Summer ’18 was invited for a showcasing at the New York Fashion Week, in Beruit, Dubai and London. She returned to the New York Fashion Week with her S/S 2020 Collection,“La Lumiére Darcey” as a CAAFD approved designer. Along with her collection showcasing’s, Temraza has steadily gained enormous visibility and has been worn by a lot of Hollywood celebrities and international VIPs on the red carpet at the Academy Awards, Grammys, Primetime Emmy Awards, Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Country Music and Television Awards and many more prestigious events globally and locally such as Cairo International Film Festival and El Gouna Film Festival.

“I chose roses because I wanted to challenge myself and to go out of the box since roses are not my personal favorite inspiration. So basically I chose something I don’t see appealing and tried to make it appealing through these pieces, while also showing a plethora of admiration to our Bridal Line” said Farida Temraz.
