Big Sean’s most recent full-length album, 2020’s Detroit: A Remix, was released in 2020 as a sequel to his debut album Detroit. In 2022, he released an extended version of the OG mixtape, but he hasn’t announced when his next full-length album will be released.
The rapper has released a 5-minute music video named “Clarity,” assuring his audience that “new music [is] on the way.” This is more of a documentary on Sean’s life recently than a music video.
“I had to really go over this myself, but I think we’re all dealing with the fact that time is moving so fast,” he says, emphasizing the importance of re-establishing clarity.
In this black-and-white video, we see Sean doing things like visiting the studio, holding his baby, and hanging out with buddies like Tyler, the Creator, Hit-Boy, and Timbaland.
