For the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, DRJB Holdings, David’s main brand vehicle, owned by Authentic Brands Group, saw revenue grow 20 percent to $110.5 million, compared with $92.3 million in fiscal 2024. Net profit in the period was $49.8 million, versus $33.5 million a year earlier.
The company said the gains reflected strong top-line growth and the continued benefits of its integration into Authentic, which acquired the Beckham brand business in 2022. Pre-tax profit was up nearly 50 percent in the period.
Growth was driven by a mix of new multiyear partnerships and expanded product activity ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
During fiscal 2025, DRJB secured new commercial deals with McDonald’s, Verizon and PepsiCo’s Lay’s, and cemented a long-term agreement with Bank of America, where the veteran soccer star serves as global ambassador for the bank’s “Sports With Us” program.
On the product side, he launched his first codesigned menswear collections with Hugo Boss, introduced new David Beckham Eyewear collections in partnership with Safilo, and released a second limited-edition Predator football boot with Adidas.
He has also launched “Beckham & Friends Live,” a football talk show livestreamed by CBS and Paramount+ around the UEFA Champions League.
The group has also been pushing further into wellness. After entering the category in 2024, he cofounded IM8, an all-in-one supplement brand created with health sciences company Prenetics. The company said IM8 has become one of the fastest-growing nutritional supplement businesses globally.
Last year, he was knighted by King Charles III for services to sport and charity, received the Crystal Award at the World Economic Forum in Davos for his long-term work with UNICEF, and was named Time magazine’s philanthropist of the year.
“The recent financial performance has again demonstrated why David Beckham is one of the most powerful global brands in sport, lifestyle, entertainment and much more,” said Corey Salter, chief executive officer of entertainment at Authentic, adding that the business is positioned “to continue to grow profitably through 2026 and beyond.”
At the same time, Victoria’s company also reached a key financial milestone in 2025, swinging into profitability after several years of double-digit revenue growth.
For the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd. posted an operating profit of 7.3 million pounds, compared with an operating loss of 1.6 million pounds the previous year.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased to 12.1 million pounds, while revenues rose 15 percent to 129.8 million pounds. It was the brand’s fifth consecutive year of double-digit top-line growth.
The company said the performance was underpinned by strength across both fashion and beauty, and by gains in direct-to-consumer and wholesale.
In beauty, Foundation Drops more than doubled the size of the skin care business, while Portofino ’97 Eau de Parfum, launched in 2023, remained one of the brand’s bestselling products.
Fashion also delivered strong results. Dresses and gowns were among the best-performing categories in 2025, accounting for 32 percent of the retail business. The Iconics collection, anchored by styles such as the Katherine Jacket, Alina Trouser, Isabella Gown and Bela Dress, continued to resonate with customers.
Momentum has carried into 2026, with sales in the first half already up in the double digits. Victoria Beckham Beauty is on track to be present in more than 300 retail locations across 15 markets, with continued expansion in the U.S., its largest market. The brand has also entered KaDeWe in Berlin and de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam, and plans to launch in the Middle East before year-end.
The fashion business is expanding its retail footprint and wholesale network across Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East. The brand opened its first U.S. retail presence as a pop-up at Bal Harbour Shops, running until October, and plans to open a New York store on Mercer Street this month, housing fashion, beauty and fragrance under one roof.
David Belhassen, chairman of Victoria Beckham and chairman and founder of NEO Investment Partners, said the company is now entering a “next chapter of disciplined global expansion,” powered by “two complementary growth engines in fashion and beauty, an increasingly international customer base and a focused operating model.”
