Al-Sofli suggested the incident could reflect insufficient quality manpower, while Rumdej noted that response from officers near Grande may have been slower than ideal.

Vigneswaran highlighted that Singaporean crowds are generally orderly, and sudden crowd breaches are rare. As such, local security personnel may not always be prepared for unpredictable fan behavior typical at Western celebrity events.
