Ossou’s Resort 2027 collection draws inspiration from the natural world, translating the colors of moths, interior spaces and wood textures into a refined wardrobe of denim, knitwear and statement outerwear. Creative directors Nina Khosla and Talia Shuvalov continue to develop the brand’s signature aesthetic, with color remaining central to their creative direction.

Exploring Nature Through Denim

For the season, Khosla and Shuvalov experimented with different denim washes, hues and tints to create a weathered, patinated finish. The approach reflects the way moths’ camouflage patterns shift in appearance under different lighting conditions.

The collection features dusty pink jeans, cool wood-inspired denim with laser-cut details and yarn-dyed finishes, alongside waxed cotton styles. These variations bring depth to familiar materials, giving denim a distinctive visual character without moving away from the brand’s established design language.

Textured Layers and Contemporary Outerwear

Beyond denim, the collection introduces a mix of cotton velvet layers and updated ribbed knitwear. Tops with exaggerated cowl necklines add softness and dimension, while structured outerwear provides contrast and definition.

Key pieces include a double-layered trenchcoat and cropped mac coats, reinforcing the collection’s emphasis on practical layering and considered construction.

With Resort 2027, Ossou continues to evolve through subtle experimentation with color, fabric and texture. The result is a collection that brings natural references into contemporary dressing while building on the design identity established by Khosla and Shuvalov.
