Svitlana Bevza’s namesake label turns 20 this year. To celebrate the milestone, she decided to do a rerun of her greatest hits from throughout the years. The stacked lineup included not only hit pieces worn by paparazzi favorites like Gigi Hadid, but also some of the brand’s bestselling clothes from the last two decades. “We took some of the best performing pieces throughout the years that are still in demand. Customers have been asking me for years if these garments could be reproduced,” said the designer. But with this anniversary collection she not only wanted to give her fans exactly what they wanted but also to re-emphasize her brand’s ethos: designing pieces meant to last. “The main thing to point out is that we don’t always need new Bevza garments. What I wanted to show was that good investments become collectible pieces, and that’s what we tend to do at the brand rather than produce more.”
