Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance during Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime show, stepping onstage in a custom blue flamenco-style Luar dress accented with bold red details — including her dance-ready shoes.

Dressed in the colors of Puerto Rico, Gaga performed a Latin version of “Die With a Smile,” her Grammy-winning duet with Bruno Mars. The red accents came through in her manicure, a custom Piers Atkinson corsage featuring Puerto Rico’s national flower, the flor de Maga, and her shoes.

She wore patent scarlet d’Orsay pumps with a block heel, rounded toe and slim buckled ankle strap — a practical yet striking choice that allowed her to move easily as she danced alongside Bad Bunny. The vivid red stood out against the pale blue ruched dress, designed with a drop waist, tiered skirt and deep V-neck. Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo styled Gaga for the performance.

Bad Bunny, meanwhile, debuted an all-white colorway of his Bad Bunny x Adidas BadBo 1.0 sneaker, paired with a custom white Zara outfit.

The blue-and-red palette echoed the visuals from the “Die With a Smile” music video, though the Super Bowl look leaned more Caribbean than the country-inspired styling seen onscreen.

Compared to Gaga’s usual preference for extreme platforms and sky-high heels, the pumps marked a more understated footwear moment — proof that even toned-down choices can still make a statement on one of the world’s biggest stages.
