Veronica Beard’s Spring 2026 Ready-to-Wear collection, titled Gilded Edge, brought a fresh sense of softness and romance to the brand’s signature tailoring. Designers Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard leaned into a more feminine aesthetic this season, infusing their pieces with light textures, delicate fabrics, and a palette of gentle tones like pale peach, golden ochre, and pistachio. Inspired by the boudoir and the art of subtle seduction, the collection showcased ruffled chiffon, lace, and intricate eyelet detailing—elements that added a graceful, almost vintage charm to the lineup. The designers also reimagined wardrobe staples, introducing new spins on shirting, as well as embellished and colored denim, offering a playful yet polished approach to casual wear. One standout piece was a tailored jacket featuring a removable sparkling collar, striking a balance between versatility and glamor.
Vests made a strong appearance, styled effortlessly with coordinating trousers for a sleek and modern silhouette. Accessories completed the look, with structured bags and footwear that ranged from bohemian-inspired sandals to more refined, minimalist designs—20 new handbag styles in total. The brand’s global expansion continues, with plans to open a Paris store in the new year and a possible Madrid location on the horizon.
Adding a thoughtful touch to the presentation was a special capsule designed by students from the Veronica Beard x CFDA Creative Futures Scholarship program. The capsule, which featured denim, knitwear, soft wovens, and tailoring, reflected the brand’s commitment to supporting the next generation of designers through mentorship and real-world industry experience. Altogether, the Spring 2026 collection reaffirmed Veronica Beard’s ability to evolve while staying true to its core—creating clothes that blend strength and softness, confidence and ease, for the modern woman.
